I have found that one of the key things that helped me to better health was the development of a regular exercise plan. Some key thoughts on this are as follows:
Best time to exercise is first thing in the morning
Correct Aerobic/steady exercise not anaerobic - intense exercise
Correct Breathing - Inhale through the nose and exhale out through the mouth for at least 10 minutes every morning and evening.
Drink plenty of water
Brisk walks
Cycling
Swimming
Regular exercise (6 days per week) to be healthy, not necessarily strong or hyper fit. Remember that you can be strong or even very fit but not be healthy!
Stretches are also part of a healthy exercise regime
